Online Clinical Psychologist in Melbourne
Nationwide via Telehealth
I am a Clinical Psychologist and AHPRA Board-Approved Supervisor based in Melbourne, providing individual, couple, family and NDIS therapy both online and in person.
My doctoral research at the University of Melbourne focused on videoconference psychotherapy and digital therapeutic alliance, informing the way I deliver high-quality, evidence-based care across Australia.
My approach is grounded in Systemic Psychotherapy and integrates CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Interpersonal Therapy, tailored to each client’s needs.

-
I provide tailored support for individuals with ADHD and other neurodiverse experiences. Our sessions focus on building practical strategies for focus, organisation, and emotional regulation, while also recognising and celebrating strengths.
-
Relationships can be deeply rewarding but also complex. I help couples and families improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their connection in a safe and supportive space.
-
I have experience working with people struggling with body image concerns, restrictive eating, or cycles of bingeing and dieting. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, supporting both recovery and a more compassionate relationship with food and body.
-
Parenting and major life changes can bring both joy and stress. Whether you’re navigating early parenthood, career shifts, or other transitions, I offer guidance and support to help you adjust with confidence and clarity.
-
Exploring who you are and how you see yourself can be an important part of therapy. I support clients in building self-confidence, navigating identity questions, and creating a stronger sense of self.
